• When and how are the API credits counted?

• It will take 1 credit to generate 1 screenshot of a URL if the image less than 1M and capturing time less than 30 seconds.
• If screenshot image large than 1M, it will take 1 credit per megabytes. First megabytes is free.
• If capturing time longer than 30 seconds, it will take 1 credit per 30 seconds. First 30 seconds is free.
• For example: If 1 screenshot finished in 10 seconds and result file is 500K, it will take 1 credit.
  If 1 screenshot image finished in 40 seconds and result is 1.2M, it will take 3 credits.
  
• Most of screenshots (90%) can be finished in 30 seconds, unless unusually slow internet speed, a large p2i_wait value, a very long page need to go through.
  

• What is your cancelation policy?
You can cancel at anytime you need. Because we charge monthly, when you cancel, you will not be charged for the next month. Your account then becomes a Free Account.

• Can I change my membership level?
Yes! At any time. Sign in to your account and go to your Account Management page to make the changes.

• Do you have a refund policy?
We will refund all of your payment made in last 30 days.

• Can I use it on more than one website?
Yes! You can use it on as many any number of websites as you want. We only track how many API credits you use.
